Winter bonnet - Phloeomana hiemalis

A small fungus that grows on the lower part of living leafy stems, it was formerly classified as Mycenaceae, similar species that can be confused with Phloeomana alba or Phloeomana minutula and can be reliably separated from them by microscopic features.
