Weevil - Acalyptus carpini

Beetles are found in spring - April on willows, where they lay eggs in willow inflorescences, where the larvae develop. The pupa transforms in the soil, the new generation hatches in the second half of summer, but remains to winter in the ground and appears only in the spring of the next year, when the "catkin" bloom again.
