Hair ice - Exidiopsis effusa

The most common forms are bird feathers or hair. Significantly rarer are other forms.

The second photo shows the crown (or a closed flower). I'm sorry the shot wasn't successful. But I'm uploading it as a fact - you can find not "feathers".
