Bearded Fieldcap - Agrocybe dura

Grows in lawns from June to August. The species is interrelated with silage substrate (cut chopped grass). Cap 20-55 mm in diameter, smells of flour, almost every year has a bitter taste. However, last year there was no bitter taste at all. This may be some kind of strange anomaly.
